As a UX Designer at Google, you'll create world-class user experiences across our suite of products, partnering with engineers and product managers to translate complex functionality into elegant, usable designs. You'll conduct user research, prototype interfaces, and iterate with feedback to shape the future of digital interaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop user-focused design solutions through research-driven iterations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development cycles.
- Lead usability testing sessions with real users and analyze findings.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and visual specifications.
- Advocate for user needs while balancing business and technical constraints.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Design or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years digital product design experience
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
