4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or remove content that violates these terms or is deemed harmful to the integrity of our computational art systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for damages arising from your use of this site or any digital art content. This includes but is not limited to emotional distress or computational errors in generative outputs.
